1. What materials do you use to make your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and in gold versions, the pieces are plated with 24k gold. Each product has a detailed description of the materials used in its production.
2. Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, most of our jewelry is made from hypoallergenic materials such as stainless steel or silver, which are suitable for sensitive skin. You can find detailed information about each material in the product descriptions.
3. How should I properly care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in the best condition for as long as possible, we recommend storing it in a dry place and avoiding contact with perfumes, chemicals, and other substances. It is also best to remove jewelry before bathing, exercising, and sleeping.
4. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the shipping destination:

Within the Czech Republic: Usually 3–5 business days.

International orders: Typically up to 10 days, depending on the location.
We also offer personal pickup at Palac Koruna - Václavské nám. 1, Prague 110 00. You can pick up your package at designated times after receiving a confirmation email that your order is ready for collection.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal. Bank transfer and cash on delivery are possible upon request—please contact us in advance if you prefer these options.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
7. What should I do if I want to return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the jewelry within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To facilitate the process, please fill out our return form and include it in the package.
8. Where can I see your jewelry in person?
You can schedule an appointment at our showroom anytime at this link: https://aurosa-s-r-o.reservio.com, where you can personally try on all the jewelry. The showroom is located in Palác Koruna, Václavské nám. 1, Prague 110 000.
9. What if I need my jewelry repaired?
We offer free jewelry repairs for most cases, depending on the type of repair needed. However, if you need to replate and refresh your gold-plated jewelry, we unfortunately do not offer this service. We recommend finding a jeweler specializing in galvanic gold plating. In Prague, we recommend Primossa, located at Petrská 16.
