POSTAGE

The entire amount without VAT and postage costs will be sent to the account of Hospice Ondrášek. Regarding postage, you have the following options to choose from:

Czech Republic

1. Package - sent by GLS. Delivery time 2-3 days. The price is CZK 130. 

2. Packeta delivery to the branch - Delivery time 2-3 days. -  FREE

3. Courier home delivery - delivery 2-3 days - Price is 85 CZK.

4. Free personal pickup 

 

Slovakia

1. Package - sent by GLS. Toba delivery 2-3 days. The price is CZK 150. 

2. Post office delivery to the branch - delivery 2-3 days - FREE

2. Courier home delivery - delivery 2-3 days - Price is 105 CZK.

International Shipping

We ship to the USA and the United Arab Emirates via FEDEX or Aramex.
Delivery times range from 7 to 10 days. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and preparing your order.

Shipping Rates:
FedEx to the USA: 550 CZK – 22 EUR
Aramex to the UAE: 550 CZK – 22 EUR

Please note that shipments may be subject to import duties and fees.

 

Shipping Within the EU:
We use various couriers depending on the destination country, with shipping costs ranging from 6 to 12 EUR. Shipping to Sweden and Finland costs 22 EUR.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your EU zone.
We apologize, but we currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

Please note that all jewelry is handmade, and some natural materials (e.g., genuine pearls) may vary slightly in shape or appearance compared to the photos.

I usually ship packages on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Personal pickup is available after receiving a confirmation email at Palác Koruna - Václavksé nám. 1, Prague 110 00, every weekday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
