What materials do you use to make jewelry?

Our jewelry is made of high quality silver 925, stainless steel and in gold versions are jewelry gold plated 24, 18 or 14 carat gold. Each product has a detailed description of the materials used in its production.

Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, most of our jewelry are made of hypoallergenic materials such as surgical steel or silver, which are also suitable for sensitive skin. In the product descriptions you will find details about each material.

How to properly care for jewelry?

To keep your jewelry as long as possible, we recommend keeping them dry, out of contact with perfumes, chemicals and other means. It is also advisable to remove jewelry while bathing, sports and sleeping.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies depending on the place of delivery. Within the Czech Republic and SK we usually deliver within 3-5 working days. For international orders, delivery may take longer, usually within 10 days.

We also offer the possibility of personal pick -up in Prague at Palac Koruna - Václavské nám. 1, 110 00 Prague. You can pick up the package at predetermined times after receiving the confirmation e-mail that it is ready to pick up.

We send packages three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via payment cards (VISA, MasterCard) and PayPal. Payment by transfer and cash on delivery is possible by appointment. If you are interested in these payment methods please contact us in advance.

How can I track my order?

After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail with a consignment confirmation and number to monitor the current delivery status.

What should I do if I want to return or replace jewelry?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the jewel or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The jewel must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging. To facilitate the process, please fill in our Return form, which needs to be attached to the package.

Where can I see the jewelry?

You can see the jewelry in our showroom, which is located in Palace Koruna - Wenceslas nám. 1, Prague, building b, 3., the entrance next to the Office store.

We are open at the moment only on the basis of a prior reservation through our reservation system. We will be happy to welcome you here and allow you to see and try our jewelry personally.

What to do when I need to repair the jewelry?

It is important for me that the jewelry remains beautiful from me as long as possible. Therefore, I repair all jewelry purchased within 12 months. After the guarantee has elapsed, the price depends on individually according to the difficulty of repair.

Do you offer re-gold plating for jewelry made of 925 silver?

Yes, as part of a 12 -month guarantee we will be happy to restore gold. Just contact us and send the jewel back. After this time, the jewelry can be re -pushed for a fee that depends on the current price for 1 g of gold used in galvanic gilding.
