Delivery time varies depending on the delivery location. Within the Czech Republic, we usually deliver within 3-5 business days. For international orders, delivery may take longer, usually up to 10 days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your jewelry within 14 days of delivery. The jewelry must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. To facilitate the process, please fill out our return form, which must be included in the package.
Yes! Selected jewelry can be made of silver or gold. For necklaces, we will be happy to adjust the length to your wishes. Just write to us at martinasmira@aurosa.cz and we will arrange an individual adjustment.
Yes, within the 12-month guarantee, we will gladly re-plate your item for free. Simply contact us and send the jewellery back. After this period, it is possible to have the jewellery re-plated for a fee, which is based on the current price per 1g of gold used in electroplating.
