Bracelets

If you have a bracelet for yourself, there is nothing easier than to measure your hand circumference to tight or choose a classic length of 17 - 18 cm, which is universal and which we do for all our bracelets.

If you have a bracelet as a gift and you do not know the hand circumference, you can choose the universal length.

The universal length of the bracelet 17 - 18 cm corresponds to the circumference of the hand 15.5 - 17 cm and does not need to be stated anywhere in the order. We do it automatically for all our bracelets.

If you would like a different length, please write us the desired length or circuit of your hand in the note when ordering.

Jewelry that is altered or made to order cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.

Rings

Most of our rings are universal size, with the fact that they can be reduced and enlarged. However, if you find a size menu for the ring, the table below will help you determine the right size:

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies depending on the place of delivery. Within the Czech Republic we usually deliver within 3-5 working days. For international orders, delivery may take longer, usually within 10 days.

We also offer the possibility of personal pick-up in our showroom in Palac Koruna in Prague 1. You can pick up the package at certain times after receiving the confirmation e-mail that the package is ready to pick up.

What should I do if I want to return or replace jewelry?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the jewel or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The jewel must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging. To facilitate the process, please fill in our return form that needs to be attached to the package.

Is it possible to customize jewelry?

Yes! Selected jewelry can be made of silver or gold. For necklaces we will be happy to adjust the length according to your wishes. Just write us at martinasmira@aurosa.cz and we will agree on individual adjustments.

Do you offer re-gold plate for jewelry made of 925 silver?

Yes, as part of a 12 -month guarantee we will be happy to restore gold. Just contact us and send the jewel back. After this time, the jewelry can be re -pushed for a fee that depends on the current price for 1 g of gold used in galvanic gilding.
